2. Products
We sell decorative charms and accessories designed for use with Crocs and similar clog-style footwear. We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen display settings and manufacturing processes.
3. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken at the time of order.
5. Delivery
