Delivery area
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery cost and timing
- Standard Delivery — £1.55 (Royal Mail Second Class, large letter)
- No extra shipping charge for additional items in the same order
- Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days from dispatch (Royal Mail's typical Second Class timeframe — adjust if your actual experience differs)
Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Tracking
Most orders are sent via untracked Royal Mail Second Class post. Large orders will be sent Royal mail Tracked at no extra charge.
Missing or delayed items
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@theshoecharmstore.co.uk and we'll help track it down or arrange a replacement/refund.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We're unable to redirect parcels once dispatched, and cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
